Working together
How I structure and price my work. Every engagement starts with a conversation and a short written proposal outlining the scope, timeline and cost — so you know exactly what you’re committing to before anything begins.

Fees
Fees reflect the sector and scale of the organisation, and every project is quoted individually.

I hold a portion of my time each year at reduced or no cost for small non-profits and Black-led organisations — because access to good strategic support shouldn’t depend on the size of the budget. For creative-sector work, I benchmark against the Artists’ Union England recommended rates as a floor, not a ceiling. If cost is a barrier, say so in your enquiry, and we’ll talk.
