I am self-employed and work as an independent curator, writer and consultant. I am not a limited company, and this website is not operated by or on behalf of any organisation I am employed by, contract with, or hold a governance role in.

Related organisations

I am also the founding Director of Black Curators Collective CIC (company number 13304774, registered in England and Wales), which publishes under the imprint Soul Choice Editions and produces the journal Voice ≠ Speech (ISSN 2979-8477). Black Curators Collective CIC is a separate legal entity with its own governance, finances and policies. Enquiries about its work should be directed to the Collective rather than through this website.

Where I hold employed or trustee roles at other organisations, those roles are exercised under the policies and governance of those organisations, and nothing on this website should be read as representing their views or commitments.

Professional practice

Curatorial, consultancy, writing and editorial services are provided under individual written agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until terms are agreed in writing between the parties. Fees, scope, timescales, credit and intellectual property are set out project by project.

I am not a solicitor, accountant or licensed financial adviser. Where my consultancy work touches on governance, employment, financial or regulatory matters, it is offered as strategic and organisational advice based on professional experience, not as legal, accounting or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
