● Consultancy

Strategy under real conditions

I work with organisations on the decisions that shape them: strategy and futures planning, financial modelling, workforce design, governance and risk. My MBA in Cultural and Creative Leadership was tested inside a live organisation navigating financial pressure and structural change — so the methods I bring have been tested where it counts. Whether you're a growing business, a founder-led team or an established institution, I help you read complexity clearly and build what comes next.
